I learned things apart from technology and development, I was responsible to give Project estimation and proposals according to the team provided to me and the skills set they have, which has to be as accurate as possible.
Building the architecture for the solution with the technology stack was the most delicate step to do, if the base is weak the solution will be as well, because your team will build on the plot you give.
Managing a team while development and assuring the delivery of the project in time and without issues was the challenge I always liked to face whenever I got the opportunity to do it.
Code reviews by me was the assurance that the code was at it's most optimized format and well formed.
I made my team grow and learn as I did in my early time and making everyone learn their responsibilities for the easy going of the project within the given timeline.
